APLEX Announces Two EPIC motherboards

October 1,2014 - APLEX Technology announces SBC-7110 and SBC-7111 4” EPIC form factor motherboards. These motherboard are targeted for low power with high computing performance for factory automation applications.

SBC-7110 uses Intel 4th generation core i solution with onboard 4GB DDR3L memory to deliver CPU performance and graphics capability. Furthermore, SBC-7110 offers a multiplicity of I/O including: 2 x USB 3.0, 5 x USB 2.0, 1 x mini PCIe slot (full size), 6 x COM, 8-bit GPIO, and SATA III connector and 1 x SD slot. It supports dual-channel 18/24 bit LVDS and 1 x HDMI configurations; one audio jack support Realtek ALC662. For harsh environment markets, such as hazardous applications, SBC-7110 features wide range 9~36V DC power input and wide operating temperature at -20ํC to 70ํC. However, for those who seek the balance of CPU computing performance and cost-efficiency, SBC-7111 is definitely an ideal solution.

Powered by Intel Atom E3845/Celeron N2930 processor, SBC-7111 delivers excellent computing performance at minimal power consumption as well as advanced visual processing performance. The onboard 2GB DDR3 SBC-7111 provides a full set of I/O interfaces such as 6 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.0, 2 x 6pin VGA interface, dual channel 18/24 bits LVDS, 1 x HDMI, as well as 2 x SATA III ports, all of which make SBC-7111 ideal for factory automation.
