Axiomtek announces NA343R network security appliance

May 31, 2016 - Axiomtek, a designer and manufacturer of PC-based industrial computer products, announces the NA343R. Its 1U rackmount network appliance product adopted the Intel Celeron processor N3160 quad-core 2.24 GHz (Braswell SoC). The network security appliance comes with a high bandwidth DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM slot with maximum of up to 8 GB system memory. The network appliance features six Gigabit Ethernet ports using Intel i211 Ethernet controller with one group of LAN bypass function to protect communications in the event of power outage. It also offers one CFast™(default) socket, one 2.5-inch SATA HDD and one optional 3.5-inch SATA HDD slot for storage options.
The NA343R comes with one console RJ-type, six RJ-45 console connectors and two USB 3.0 ports on the front side panel. The LED indicators are available for monitoring of power, HHD, and LAN activity. The industrial grade network security appliance also supports mainstream Win7, WES7, Win8, WE8S, and Linux operating systems.
