e-con Systems announces BLE stack for Windows Embedded Compact 2013

April 28, 2015 - e-con Systems developed BLE stack for Windows Embedded Compact 2013.

The BLE stack is intended to provide considerably reduced power consumption, size and cost while maintaining a similar communication range as the classic Bluetooth. In many cases, it makes it possible to operate the devices for more than a year without recharging.

Customers who wish to develop their own customized applications on top of BLE stack would immensely benefit from this as the BLE SDK comes with dynamic libraries both C# and C++ and API developer guide. The APIs are designed with reference to Windows 8 desktop BLE APIs defined by Microsoft so customers could port their BLE based desktop application to Windows Embedded Compact 2013 environment with ease.
