Fairbanks Scales Announces Labelbank/Databank Bar Code Labeling System

January 22, 2015 - Fairbanks Scales announces LabelBank/DataBank Rapid Bar Code Labeling System, which offers all the components needed to build a single- or multi-unit bar code labeling system. The industrial bar coding system combines user-friendly, factory-installed software with a networkable touch screen instrument and high-speed industrial thermal bar code printer. Optional software allows users to custom format labels.
Featuring speed and advanced data acquisition and traceability, LabelBank/DataBank is made to run on Fairbanks’ FB3000 touch screen Instrument. It offers user-friendly, easy to navigate bar coding software, virtually unlimited product information storage, and Infinite data storage and communication capabilities.
LabelBank, a graphically-enhanced labeling software interface, features easy controls and printer communications. LabelBank comes with four commonly used box label formats designed to meet most bar code labeling requirements for boxes or pallets.
Running alongside it in a single-station system and designed to operate independently in a multi-station environment is DataBank, a software component that stores and maintains all product data, security information and transaction information. DataBank offers date range selectable product and station reporting for quick operational analysis. All label data is stored permanently in DataBank for easy product traceability.
Rounding out the system is the EasyCoder PM4i Industrial Bar Code Printer, which offers superior performance in demanding applications and environments. The optional NiceLabel software enables LabelBank users to easily implement custom label design and print to more than 1,900 printer makes and models.
