ICP DAS introduces NSM-205GP unmanaged PoE Ethernet Switch

July 24, 2015 - ICP DAS introduces NSM-205GP unmanaged PoE Ethernet Switch with four Power-over-Ethernet Ethernet ports and one additional Ethernet/Fiber port.

All four PoE Ethernet ports support 10/100/1000 BaseT(X) standard. The fiber optic port allows more flexibility for integrating different protocols. The NSM-205GP switch supports 24/48 VDC flexible redundant power inputs, providing up to 30 watts. It can be used to power any IEEE 802.3af/at standard devices.

NSM-205GP can stand extreme industrial environments like deserts or industrial sites. It supports a wide range of operating temperatures from –40°C to +75°C (-40°F to +167°F). The metal case adds more reliability and can last for years. It supports auto negotiation and auto MDI/MDI-X function, and 1 relay output. The PoE Ethernet switch can be either DIN-Rail mounted or mounted on the wall. PoE Ethernet switches like the NSM-205GP can be used in various applications such as factory automation, industrial machine control, maritime electronic, building management systems, aircraft engines, etc. It can help route large amount of data at high speed.
