Lanner introduces LEC-3031 box PCs

November 3, 2015 - Lanner introduces LEC-3031 fanless box PCs that feature dual-core Intel Celeron N2807 (1.58GHz), memory up to 4GB, mSATA socket, VGA display, wide operating temperature, and DIN Rail/Wallmount options.

LEC-3031 series is built with Intel Celeron N2807 CPU, a multi-core SoC architecture codenamed “Bay Trail” for optimized performance and power consumption in compact computing systems. With Silvermont design and tri-gate 22nm processing technology, the CPU offers ideally balanced energy consumption and computing performance for industrial communications in critical infrastructures.

LEC-3031 series comes with Phoenix Contact terminal blocks to offer high density and variety of COM port setting based on the ordered models.LEC-3031-A series (A4/A6/A8) deliver 4 to 8 Serial ports with RS-232/422/485 signals while the i-series (I4/I10) is designed with 4 isolated RS-485 ports or 8 isolated RS-485 plus 2 isolated RS-232/485. With 2KV digital isolation and 15KV ESD protection, the Serial ports are well-protected in harsh environments. Aside from the multiple serial ports, LEC-3031 also features flexible I/O connectivity, including 2 or 4 GbE LAN ports, 1 or 3 USB 2.0 Type-A ports, 1x USB 3.0 port, 1x mSATA mini slot and a VGA display output. For mounting installation, the system can be mounted by DIN Rail or wall-mounting.

LEC-3031 Series features:

  • DIN rail form factor with front wiring
  • Dual-core Intel Celeron N2807 SoC CPU (Support 4-core Intel Atom E3845 CPU)
  • Flexible LAN Configurations (A-Series: 4/6/8 x COM ports, I-Series: 4/10 x isolated COM ports)
  • ESD/surge protection on serial COM ports for harsh environments (I-Series)
  • Fanless design with corrugated aluminum
  • Support VGA display output
  • DIN-Rail or wall mounting options
  • Wide operating temperature (-20 to 55°C)
