Mettler Toledo introduces Collect+ data collection and visualization software

July 21, 2015 – Mettler Toledo introduces Collect+ data collection and visualization software that provides quality, production, maintenance and procurement managers with insight into production processes.
The software offers users a visual overview of their operations, taking complicated process data and making it easy to understand at a glance.
Production scales and other equipment can be connected to a central data collection system that stores the data in real-time for archiving and analysis. The integrated dashboard tool can show process trends over time, highlight deviations and gauge performance in views that can be customized for specific production areas or employees. Collect+ can also export data to Microsoft Excel for integration into other reporting systems and distribute the information to anyone who needs it.
Collect+ is designed for use by:
- Quality managers to solve quality problems by clearly identifying issues
- Production managers to see trends and optimize resources
- Maintenance managers to know at a glance whether equipment is working properly
- Procurement managers to promptly see an overview of material and inventory levels
The software requires a matter of minutes to install and can be accessed from multiple PCs and on mobile devices. It supports Windows operating systems and there is no special server required. Nearly any device with data output can be connected. Millions of measurements can be stored thanks to an optimized data-collection engine.
