Phoenix Contact announces 30 to 100 W versions of QUINT POWER AC/DC power supplies

March 21, 2018 – Phoenix Contact has added AC/DC power supplies ranging from 30 to 100 W to the QUINT POWER family. With these additions, control engineers can select a power supply for their low-power applications, while still getting QUINT POWER features, such as preventative monitoring and power reserve.

All of the additions feature QUINT POWER’s power boost of up to 200 percent the nominal current. This allows inductive loads to start without disrupting the output voltage. The power boost provides additional power to an application, in order to eliminate the need to install an oversized power supply. The QUINT POWER low wattage additions also have configurable alarming.

The QUINT POWER low wattage products are available with either push-in or screw connection technology for installation. They are also NEC Class 2 classified.
