Vecow announces SPC-2000 Bay-Trail Box PC

June 101 2014 – Vecow announced SPC-2000 series fanless ultra-compact Box PC series with Intel Quad-Core Atom E3845 (formerly codenamed Bay Trail) processor (1.91GHz) and DDR3L single channel 8GB ram, one DVI-I, two PoE ports (SPC-2845), four RS-232/422/485, two GbE LANs, isolated DIO(SPC-2845), four USB 3.0 ports, one speaker-out and two miniPCIe.  SPC-2000 series is in fanless ultra-compact form factor and capable of operating under wide temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and wide voltage (6~36V) for harsh environments and supports 3G/4G, GPS/GPRS, Wireless, Bluetooth.

The first system-on-chip (SoC) for intelligent systems, Intel Atom E3800 product family pushes computing, graphical and thermal performances. Utilizing 22nm Silvermont microarchitecture and 3-D Tri-Gate transistors, E3800 product family shows ultimate energy efficiency / performance ratio. E3845 product family processors with -40 to +110 oC Tjunction and the thermal design power (TDP) add reliability at industrial grade environment. Integrated error correcting code (ECC) and built-in security engine, E3845 product family provides superior reliability for 24/7 operation industrial systems.

Design with four COM to satisfy various applications’ control and connection requirements, SPC-2000 series still keep fanless and wide operation temperature plus with EN50155 standard for industrial harsh environment. SPC-2000 series is ideal for information display in harsh environment, automation networking communication, IOT (Internet of Things), and M2M (Machine to Machine) applications.
