Zaber releases X-VSR-SV Series vacuum compatible vertical lift stages

March 14, 2019 - The X-VSR-SV Series are vacuum compatible, motorized vertical lift stages capable of moving 10 kg loads. Zaber devices allow daisy-chaining in a vacuum chamber, decreasing cables and clutter. Four feedthrough wires are required to control all devices in the daisy-chain via serial port. These stages are vacuum compatible in high vacuum (10-6 Torr) or low vacuum (10-3 Torr).
Features include:
- 20 or 40 mm travel
- Up to 48 mm/s speed; 200 N thrust
- 55 or 85 mm retracted height
- Built-in controller, daisy-chains with other Zaber products
