The City of Charlotte, NC, uses Endress+Hauser ultrasonic flowmeters to measure the flow and methane content of biogas from anaerobic digesters that treat sludge in the wastewater treatment facility. The biogas is used to generate electricity.
This 16 million dollar investment in infrastructure helps to optimize customer support and further underscores Endress+Hauser’s commitment to the US market and its loyal customers in the Americas.
Michael Ziesemer, Chief Executive Officer of the Endress+Hauser Group, was named president of the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (ZVEI).
Through the donations of Endress+Hauser, Rockwell Automation and TriNova, Polk State College will be the new home to a $1 million, state-of-the-art PTU (Process Training Unit).
