The TKS-G21-QM77B Fanless Embedded Box Computer for Intel 3rd Generation Core i7/i3/ or Celeron Mobile Processors, offers up to 8GB of DDR3 1600MHz System Memory and a range of I/O connections to suit the most demanding of applications. These include two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 in addition to two Gigabit Ethernet connections, CFast and Mini Card expansion offering Wireless connectivity options as well as three COM Ports and 2.5” SSD or SATA HD storage options.
The TKS-G21-QM77B is an easy to maintain system offering convenient access to RAM, CFast and Mini Card slots from the bottom I/O cover and boasts extended temperature operation of 0°C ~ 50°C. The TKS-G21-QM77B also offers multi-display Full HD visuals via VGA and HDMI interfaces.
The fanless EPIC-QM77 is equipped with up to 8GB of DDR3 1600MHz RAM for fast access to critical data, and an option of high performance Intel Core i7-3555LE CPU or cost efficient Intel Celeron 847E processor. It also features a CPU and Platform Controller Hub (PCH) Soldered Down design with matching heat spreader, allowing it to be attached to interior walls of vehicles or machines for excellent large surface heat dissipation, while facilitating peripheral installation and maintenance for system installers. As a result of its industry leading design, the EPIC-QM77 is well suited for Industrial Automation, Security system monitoring and various Government and Defense applications.
EPIC-QM77 offers connectivity features such as two Intel 10/100/1000Base-TX LAN ports, with one of the LAN chips being interchangeable to support IEEE 1588, a Precision Time Protocol used to synchronize clocks throughout a computer network for synchronized control and operation, especially critical in today’s advanced factories. In addition, the EPIC-QM77 packs one Mini Card for 3G, WiFi expandability, six COM ports, a 16-bit Digital I/O interface and PCI-104 with optional Trusted Platform Module Security. The EPIC-QM77 also has excellent multimedia capabilities with simultaneous triple view displays at Full HD 1080P resolutions, DVI, dual 24-bit LVDS interfaces and optional HDMI with the option of having an onboard touch screen controller.
For media and data storage, the EPIC-QM77 has two high-speed SATA 3.0 with one shared with the mSATA interface. This board’s many interfaces and expansions offer a turn-key solution for a wide variety of applications in industrial, media and commercial markets. The 5.25” PCM-QM77 Compact SBC offers processor performance options via its socket type CPU design, while meeting fanless requirements to operate in 0°C ~ 60°C environments and meet the needs for rugged durability.
The PCM-QM77 is well suited for unmanned ticket machines, industrial automation, medical equipment, 3D printers and parking systems. Like the EPIC-QM77, PCM-QM77 offers fast USB 3.0 access to connected devices for tremendous data transfer speeds of up to 5Gbps (gigabits per second). With ten COM ports, 16-bit Digital I/O, PCIe[x16], PCI slot and legacy support of LPT connectivity, this SBC can manage a great number of peripherals. As for media and data storage, the PCM-QM77 has two high speed SATA interfaces and offers both mSATA and CFAST storage options.
The PCM-QM77 also has excellent multimedia capabilities with simultaneous duel view displays using CRT/DVI or LVDS and Full HD 1080P resolutions, as well as full touch screen support. With a wide range of Intel CPU compatibility for any performance or budget needs and full support for Embedded Software API and utilities, these platforms represent some of the best performing and most efficient designs available today. They offer easy integration, durability and longevity in addition to other convenient options such as AAEON’s Hi-Manager remote management software based on Intel Active Management Technology 8.0 (iAMT 8.0), which allows for remote system recovery and BIOS level remote KVM functionality.
With these design features and their compatibility with a legacy system, engineers can easily integrate these powerful embedded computers into their currently established systems for immediate gains in productivity. Whenever Microsoft Windows platform is used, customers can easily create their own user interface without additional coding simply by downloading the AAEON Hi-Safe program.
