Adesto’s SmartServer IoT is a multi-protocol industrial edge server with an open, extensible interface. It lets customers connect their industrial data to Microsoft Azure IoT to perform analytics on that data.

October 3, 2019 – Adesto Technologies , a provider of application-specific semiconductors and systems for the Internet of Things (IoT), announced it has joined Microsoft Azure Certified for IoT, ensuring customers can get solutions based on its SmartServer IoT up and running with hardware and software that has been pre-tested and verified to work with Microsoft Azure IoT services. Microsoft Azure Certified for IoT allows businesses to reach customers where they are, working with an ecosystem of devices and platforms, allowing for faster time to production.

Adesto’s SmartServer IoT is a multi-protocol industrial edge server with an open, extensible interface. It lets customers connect their industrial data to Microsoft Azure IoT to perform analytics on that data. SmartServer IoT enables customers to integrate their existing, functional control and management systems with sensing, analytics and predictive AI services, despite the multitude of non-interoperable communications protocols that are often involved.
