ASI adds locking lever to circuit breakers
The locking lever can be added to a circuit breaker after installation for those applications that require lockout/tagout.

October 18, 2009 - UL 1077 and UL489 circuit breakers from ASI now have a very useful accessory available. The new accessory is a locking lever that can be added to the circuit breaker after installation for those applications that require lockout/tagout. The accessory allows for the circuit breaker to be locked in either the open or the closed position. When in place, the lockout accessory does not impede the ability of the circuit breaker to trip. Additionally, the lockout/tagout accessory is designed so that up to 3 padlocks can be added to the breaker.

Molded in self extinguishing yellow thermoplastic, the ASI lockout accessory can be used on single and multiple units and can be fitted to switches as well as MCBs. Information on the accessory and the circuit breakers along with price and delivery can be found on the ASI website.
