Carlisle, PA - Automation Systems Interconnect Inc. (ASI) is pleased to announce the release of a new modular terminal block that has been designed to save space in enclosures when terminating shielded twisted pair cables. The TDE.2 terminal block mounts directly onto a din-rail and features easy to wire screw clamp connections to the wire. The first level of this 3 level terminal block provides a direct connection of the shield to the mounting rail.

The second and third levels of this terminal block are used to provide a feed trhough connection of the twisted pair wires. The terminals will accept up to a 12 AWG wire and jumpers are available which allow for the bridging of circuits. Marking labels are available in order to visually mark each of the cable termination blocks. At only 6.2mm wide the TDE will allow up to 4 cables per inch of enclosure space.

The TDE 3-level shielded twisted pair wiring terminal block is immediately available individually or as pre-assembled terminal blocks with assembly built to your specifications. The products can be purchased Direct Online with savings of 20% to 50%, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
