December 9, 2016 - AURA Controls has introduced a gas delivery system for use with dual-stage regulators providing primary control for inlet pressures up to 3000 PSIG. The EX2 Series Control Station includes dual-stage regulator, mounting bracket, and flexible hose, making it ideal for applications like calibration systems, gas panels, and analytical instrumentation.
The equipment’s streamlined design minimizes leak paths and internal volume to enable purging and safe calibration with costly and often hazardous gas mixtures. A first stage mounting configuration reduces the footprint to allow for installation where space is at a premium. The Control Station’s fixed installation design eliminates damage to gas delivery system components while the integral inlet gland check valve eliminates air dilution generated during cylinder change-out.
Using a 10-micron 360°internal filter that provides significantly more filtration than the traditional disk method, the EX2’s encapsulated seat design consolidates the numerous internal components of a standard regulator to increase component longevity.
Combined with multiple porting configurations and delivery pressure ranges up to 250 PSIG, the EX2 Series Control Station is a choice for wall mount installation applications. Each regulator is 100% helium-leak-checked and fully flow- and function-tested to ensure the highest levels of durability and functionality available.
