April 30, 2020 - Eaton FAZ-NA and FAZ-NA-L series current-limiting miniature circuit breakers from AutomationDirect offer protection for feeder, branch and control circuits up to 63 amps. These DIN-rail mountable circuit breakers are available with B, C or D trip characteristics in accordance with UL 489. The FAZ-NA-L series is rated at 240VAC, the existing FAZ-NA series is rated at 480Y/277VAC. The magnetic trip point of newly added B-curve units is 3 to 5 times the rated current and is typically used for resistive loads such as conductors or heaters. Designed for dual rated AC or DC applications, single-pole, two-pole and three-pole models are available.
The current limiting design provides fast short circuit interruption that reduces damaging let-through energy.
