US Senator Norm Coleman (R-Minnesota) presented the award to Bob Fayfield, president and founder of Banner Engineering and Bob Schlicksup, Banner’s vice-president of International Sales, at Banner Engineering’s headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
