New facility to become focal point of service for Beckhoff customers in California and surrounding states
MINNEAPOLIS, October 13, 2004 – In order to support its rapidly expanding business in California and other western states, Beckhoff Automation announced today the opening of a California product training and support center. The new regional office is located between strong Beckhoff markets in Los Angeles and San Diego.The facility will be used primarily to train Beckhoff customers in automated control system design and programming. This includes industrial PCs, I/O, motion, fieldbus network product integration and maintenance, IEC 61131-3 PC based control, TwinCAT motion control software programming and, in 2005, implementing EtherCAT technology.
