The range of functions in B&R's programming and development tool, Automation Studio™, has been expanded once again
These updates affect the system configurator which also supports additional remote I/O modules (ETHERNET Powerlink™, X2X Link). In addition, control data, configuration parameters, and similar reference data can now be read from applications and saved on USB mass memory storage devices like card readers, floppy disks, or DiskOnKey devices. Automation Studio™ is an integrated software tool based on the Windows interface which can be used for open/closed loop control, visualization, and communication. Because of this, it can be used for all types of automation tasks.
