May 18th, 2004 - Buffalo Grove, IL - CARLO GAVAZZI’s new RZ3A Series Three Phase SSR electronically switches three poles up to 75 Amps (RMS) and can be driven by very low input currents, typically available from standard PLCs and temperature controllers. The option of built-in over-temperature protection ensures safety during abnormal operating conditions by automatically switching off the load. This new series maintains all of the same popular features as its previous RZ version (touch safe cover, LED indication and self lifting saddle clamps) and has increased its capabilities of higher switching voltages and currents to even include 690Vrms.

The new RZ3A comes in the popular 3-phase industrial housing that can be mounted directly onto standard heatsinks, uses zero-switching technology and regulated DC or AC control inputs. Direct Copper Bonding technology has also been implemented in this version.

Carlo Gavazzi has had 10+ years of success using this technology in all their other solid state switching products.CARLO GAVAZZI Automation Components750 Hastings LaneBuffalo Grove, IL 60089Phone: 847.465.6100Fax: 800.222.2659Email: [email protected] Website: www.GavazziOnline.com
