October 18, 2010 - CIMdata appointed Stan Przybylinski as Director of Research. Przybylinski, who was a Senior Consultant with CIMdata up until 2003, rejoins the company in this new role and will report to Mr. Peter Bilello, CIMdata’s President. “Stan was a valuable member of the CIMdata team during his previous time with the firm, and we look forward to his return,” said Mr. Bilello, “He’ll take over from Mr.
Ken Amann, who will transition to an Executive Consultant role, focusing his skills and market knowledge on crucial topics facing our key customers. Stan will apply his extensive research skills to our current research agenda and look to expand that agenda to cover critical and evolving PLM market trends and issues.”Przybylinski joins CIMdata from Dassault Systèmes (Velizy-Villacoublay, France), one of the PLM market leaders, where he was Manager of Market and Competitive Intelligence in the global marketing and strategy team. “I greatly enjoyed my last tenure with CIMdata and these last seven years working at a large solution supplier have given me a different perspective to bring to my research and consulting this time around. I look forward to the challenge,” said Mr.
Przybylinski.Prior to his ten years in PLM, Przybylinski spent 20 years working in the U.S. aerospace and defense market, winning and managing projects to do early work in reusable software and groupware, process re-engineering, and data and process modeling. He holds a BS and MS in Mathematics from the University of Vermont, an MBA in Finance from NYU, and is ABD in Technology Management from the University of Michigan.
