CHESTERLAND, OH – JUNE 28, 2006 – Computer Aided Solutions, LCC is an authorized distributor of portable data logging and data acquisition systems manufactured by NIMTECH International SAS, headquartered in Vert Le Petit, France. NIMTECH is a global leader in data acquisition and data logging systems used in industrial measurement applications. Computer Aided Solutions specializes in the distribution of stand-alone data logging and data acquisition systems including products from more than 10 manufacturers. The FrontDAQ portable data logger/data acquisition systems provide 20 input channels with a 24 bit A/D per channel that can sample at up to 7.7 kHz.

Each channel can be configured independently and offers signal conditioning for many types of common sensors/signals. Data can be stored in internal SRAM or on an optional, removable Compact FLASH card. The FrontDAQ logger features USB, Ethernet, RS-232 or an optional 802.11 interface for communication with a PC. A key feature is an internal web server that allows the logger to be configured and data to be viewed in real-time via a standard web browser.

Stored data can be exported in a variety of formats including text, .CSV, Excel or XML. FrontDAQ data loggers are used to measure, monitor and record a variety of dynamic signals including temperature, vibration, stress, acceleration and voltage. They are used in a wide range of applications for laboratories, process monitoring, quality assurance, embedded applications and on-site measurements. Prices for the FrontDAQ data loggers start at less than $7500.
