Prior to joining Control Station, he was Vice President of Sales at Integra-Cast and held various sales management positions at Emerson.

August 2, 2012 – Control Station announced that Rick Bontatibus has joined as Vice President of Global Sales. Bontatibus is responsible for transforming the Company’s sales operations and for extending its market leadership beyond regulatory control software. His arrival corresponds with growing market demand for intuitive supervisory level capabilities particularly in the areas of performance monitoring and asset management. Bontatibus brings over 20 years of experience in sales management within the automation industry. Prior to joining Control Station, he was instrumental in building Computational Systems into a market-leading supplier of asset management technologies.

The company was acquired by Emerson Electric in 1997 and integrated into the asset optimization division of Emerson Process Management. During his tenure with Emerson Bontatibus held various sales management positions culminating in responsibility for the North American region. More recently, he served as Vice President of Sales at Integra-Cast where he successfully directed significant increases to revenue and profitability. “Rick’s background combines extensive experience in complex, consultative sales with proven capabilities in sales management. Those are precisely the traits needed as we take PlantESP to the global market,” shared Dennis Nash, President of Control Station.

PlantESP is the Company’s recently expanded and differentiated platform for performance monitoring and predictive analytics. It addresses the growing need among process manufacturers for advanced diagnostics that can be used to both increase production output and avoid equipment failure. Unplanned downtime costs manufacturers an estimated 5% annually in lost productivity.
