December 16, 2014 - Deeter Electronics introduces HFS-FP 80 series float switch for use in potentially explosive atmospheres as part of an intrinsically safe system. HFS-FP's ATEX certification (ExVeritas 14ATEX0427X) covers multiple mounting configurations which can be used in hazardous areas when combined with a zener barrier. The switch, which is fabricated entirely of 316L stainless steel, is expected to be useful in oil, gas, chemical and petro-chem applications.
