May 23, 2011 - Detector Electronics Corporation (Det-Tronics) introduced its Addressable Smoke and Heat (ASH) Module. The ASH Module is an interface device that manages inputs/outputs between the Eagle Quantum Premier (EQP) Safety System and devices in non-hazardous areas, such as living quarters and control rooms.
The ASH Module is flexible enough to support multiple addressable devices such as smoke detectors, heat detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, manual call stations, beacons, sounders, and I/O modules. It offers powerful yet simple programming that allows users to tailor the solution beyond the capabilities of conventional fire panels.
ASH is CE marked; hazardous rated by FM, CSA, ATEX, IECEx; and FM performance approved to NFPA 72-2010.
