Outdoor Air Temperature Sensor accurately measures outdoor ambient temperatures on top of buildings or air handling units.
February 15, 2012 - Dwyer Instruments announces the Series TE-OND / TE-RND Outdoor Air Temperature Sensor, which accurately measures outdoor ambient temperatures on top of buildings or air handling units. In order to protect against radiated heat from the sun or the building, the temperature sensor is guarded by a white plastic shield and must be mounted on the north side of the building. For areas where the north side of the building is not accessible, a six-plate radiation shield version is available. Both models are mounted in IP 65 enclosure and have a removable terminal block.
