May 11, 2018— Envenio has announced its EXN/Aero software is being hosted on Google Cloud Platform.
The migration reflects Envenio’s goal to make computational fluid dynamics more accessible, with EXN/Aero replacing CFD licenses with a pay-as-you-go model in the cloud.
One of the key advantages of CFD on the Google Cloud Platform, is the ability for consultants to enjoy a significant reduction in simulation solve time and to list end-to-end CFD services in their marketing and proposal materials.
More accessible CFD software also means engineers can access simulation tools and post-processing tools, expand their service offering to their own clients, and keep up with the competition. Shorter turn-around times on simulations, the ability to upsell existing clients on larger or more complex models, and the ability to provision compute resources on the fly to scale with customer demands, are all advantages provided by a cloud-hosted solution.
