Whale WUE & WME Series Industrial M12 IP67 Ethernet Switches
The Whale Series are classified into two categories namely unmanaged (WUE) and managed (WME). A special managed version comes with power over Ethernet feature. Ethernet Direct Industrial M12 switch series come with a new design concept to be deployed in applications that require environment protection such as outdoor locations including transportation (railways, moving vehicles, highways), mining sites, factory automation, petrochemical plants, metal industries, oil & gas, military applications, chemical processing and food and beverage industries. For transportation application demands, PoE function is embedded in the WUE and WME series. Each whale series product is a highly reliable and designed with a robust housing protection, IP-67 water tight protection and M12 connectors.
The WME managed versions provides powerful network management functions and redundant self-recovery mechanism in less than 10ms on full load which allows a user to establish a redundant Ethernet network to build a backup ring topology.
