February 17, 2009 – exida named John Cusimano as director of the company’s newly formed security services division. A process automation safety systems expert, Cusimano will lead a team devoted to improving the security of control systems for companies worldwide. “John has a unique understanding of the security challenges facing both automation system end-users and suppliers,” said Dr. William Goble, principal partner of exida.

"He and his team will give our current and future global clients the knowledge and tools they need to improve the security, and thus the safety and reliability, of their products and systems." Cusimano joins exida from Siemens where he led market development for the company’s process automation and safety products. Prior to joining Siemens Cusimano implemented and managed automation projects for Eastman Kodak Company. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and holds a CFSE certification. “In the coming months we will add new business relationships that will complement our existing capabilities,” Cusimano said.
