May 12, 2025 - Flexware Innovation , a leader in industrial software integration, announced the release of LIFT 3.0, its intralogistics middleware. This latest iteration was created for wider distribution beyond Flexware’s direct customers. After two years of development, LIFT 3.0 is now available to manufacturing and warehousing operations, where automated vehicles are increasingly used to move materials.

The platform allows organizations to orchestrate the flow of materials and integrate relevant business and operations systems, including ERP, MES and WMS. “We noticed that businesses weren’t getting the ROI they expected from their automated vehicles. That’s why we developed a solution that unlocks the critical data these vehicles need to do their jobs effectively,” said Brice Bucher, senior manager of Products at Flexware Innovation. “With this new release, we’re able to extend that capability to even more organizations.”

LIFT 3.0 includes features like centralized orchestration across vehicle manufacturers, configurable alerts, and advanced user management. It also offers flow-based configurations with a drag-and-drop interface. “With LIFT, businesses no longer have to rely on black box solutions or highly specialized and costly developers,” said Corey Peruffo, products technical consultant.

“They can easily integrate their systems themselves, from the top floor to the shop floor.” Bucher added, “This is designed for anyone who moves materials, but we also see system integrators implementing LIFT to solve their customer’s orchestration and integration challenges.” The latest release supports OPCUA, MQTT, REST API, MiR, Navitec Systems and OTTO and offers add-ons for Live Map and LokSmith.
