October 13, 2016 – Fluke ConnectAssets has won the Gold Award in the Apps for Engineers category in the Consulting-Specifying Engineering 2016 Product of the Year Awards. The awards recognize the best products in the HVAC, fire/life safety, electrical, and plumbing systems engineering markets
The Fluke Connect Assets app integrates into the company’s SaaS platform that permits Fluke tool users to receive, store, visualize, and report electronic measurement data from more than 40 Fluke Connect wireless test tools. The test tools and app enable technicians to collect accurate data that can indicate impending issues with important equipment. The app and software help maintenance managers put that data into useful context, so that they can keep tabs on operational health, make data-driven decisions on repair questions, assign work orders, and document successful issue resolution.
Fluke Connect allows maintenance teams to:
- Eliminate data entry errors by saving measurement data directly from the tool and associating it with a work order, report, or asset record;
- Assign work orders to an asset and team member, and schedule it for completion
- Make confident maintenance decisions with data you can trust and trace;
- Access baseline, historic, and current measurements by asset;
- Move away from clipboards and spreadsheets and work collectively from one web-based data set, from anywhere on site or in the field.
