July 9, 2012—Geometric Limited named Louis J. Pascarella, an industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in product development and product data management (PDM) to its Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant.
Announcing the appointment, Venkatesh Jagannath, Senior Vice President and Head, Consulting and Technology, Geometric said, “The Consulting Group at Geometric helps customers identify their challenges and build solutions that are ‘right for them’. We have a very strong team driving this practice; and with the addition of Lou Pascarella, our customers will get access to unmatched advisors in the industry. Lou has been one of the pioneers of PLM technology, and has extensive experience in solving challenges of large OEMs.”

Prior to joining Geometric, Pascarella was responsible for Strategic Automotive Initiatives at Dassault Systèmes, and also headed global R&D for its ENOVIA brand. He has also been the CTO for FanBall.com and auxilium inc. (which was acquired by Parametric Technology Corp.).
Previously at Ford Motor Co., TRW, and Control Data Systems, Mr. Pascarella developed and managed CAD/CAE/PDM solutions, PLM technologies, and deployments.
