The 2018 Integrated Industries Conference takes place on Tuesday, September 11 during IMTS 2018 and covers three major educational topic tracks: Motion, Drive, and Automation; Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)/Industry 4.0; and Integrated Industries.

June 5, 2018 – The 2018 Integrated Industries Conference at HANNOVER MESSE USA will spotlight a range of Industry 4.0 topics. The conference, co-organized by Hannover Fairs USA and GIE Media Manufacturing Group, takes place on Tuesday, September 11 during IMTS 2018. Speakers from around the world will present real time solutions that address today’s digital manufacturing challenges. Many conference presenters are also exhibitors across the HANNOVER MESSE USA trade shows, including Integrated Automation, Motion, & Drives USA for industrial automation, IT, power transmission and fluid power technology; as well as ComVac USA; Industrial Supply USA; and Surface Technology USA.

The 2018 Integrated Industries Conference covers three major educational topic tracks: Motion, Drive, and Automation; Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)/Industry 4.0; and Integrated Industries.

During the Motion, Drive, and Automation track, product managers from Siemens, Block, HIWIN, and Elmo Motion Control will present topics such as: How to reduce per-unit production cost with conditional monitoring and machine tool analytics; Synchronous PM linear motors applied to laser motion systems; Electronic circuit breaker, new vision of control; and the paradox of smart manufacturing.

As part of the IIoT/Industry 4.0 track, thought leaders from Sercos, Balluf, Rittal, and B&R will discuss topics such as: Industrial communication in the context of Industry 4.0 and IIoT; An introduction to smart manufacturing, IIoT, Industry 4.0 & why you should care; Looking at IIoT with the addition of artificial intelligence; and How the adaptive machine makes IIoT a practical reality.

During the Integrated Industries track, product engineers and senior executives from Kaeser Compressors, Bimba, and Acumatica/JAAS Systems will present topics such as: How to cut costs and improve productivity with your compressed air system; The role of intelligent connected devices in reducing down time; and Improving efficiency through a machine’s life cycle.
