The HARTING technology Group has garnered another award: the HARTING India subsidiary has now been lauded as “Best Connector Company by the BISinfotech trade journal.

Nov. 26, 2020 - The HARTING technology Group has garnered another award: the HARTING India subsidiary has now been lauded as “Best Connector Company by the BISinfotech trade journal. The publication presented the team around Managing Director Girish Rao with the coveted BETA Award (BIS Excellence & Technovation Awards) in this category. The award bolsters the subsidiary's position on the Indian market. In 2006, HARTING started with a sales office in India, and went on to add a production facility in 2008.

HARTING manufactures housings, cable harnesses and cable assemblies in Chennai for customers in railway technology and mechanical engineering. "As an emerging economy, India holds tremendous potential for the coming years. Consequently, the region plays an important role in our growth plans," said CEO Philip Harting.
