January 22, 2013 - HighJump Software announced that its TrueCommerce EDI solution now makes it easier for customers to track and report on EDI data with built-in transaction history and reporting features. TrueCommerce EDI users will now experience one-click access to a “dashboard” view highlighting the history and tasks completed for each EDI transaction through the new transaction history feature. Actions such as whether or not a transaction was acknowledged, printed, sent or received are tracked inside of TrueCommerce Transaction Manager, the EDI translation software on the TrueCommerce EDI platform.
This new function gives users a view of the corresponding transactions that have been created; enabling users to quickly identify all related transactions, eliminating the time spent manually researching. Not only does this assist in resolving trading partner disputes, but it reduces the chances of creating duplicate transactions. Built-in reporting features enable users without technical knowledge to generate a wide range of pre-built and custom reports in their choice of graphical formats directly from Transaction Manager. Detailed tabular and graphical reports can easily be created based on trading partner, document type or activity. Pre-configured or custom reports can be generated by transaction count or total amount per trading partner over a specific period of time.
Reports can be printed, exported in .pdf or Microsoft Excel formats and emailed to specific recipients automatically through TrueCommerce Scheduler. Companies can leverage these features to attain real-time visibility into EDI transactions to reduce repetitious activity, enforce accountability, resolve disputes and questions, identify exceptions to proactively avoid chargebacks, and simplify auditing and reconciliation across business data sources.
