June 19, 2013 – Honeywell celebrated the success of its key distributors at the annual Channel Partner of the Year awards ceremony, held this week during the 2013 Honeywell Users Group Symposium in Phoenix. The awards ceremony recognizes customer service, innovation and excellence among companies supplying and integrating Honeywell solutions in the Americas. Each winner achieved more than 100% of their revenue goals by continuously delivering superior value to their customers. “Our channel partners are critical to helping Honeywell meet customers’ needs worldwide,” said Don Maness, vice president, Honeywell Process Solutions.
“They are an essential and complementary part of our sales force allowing Honeywell to expand its footprint in markets where Honeywell is not present while at the same time providing the high-quality service, expertise, support, and training that Honeywell customers expect.” The top honor, the Americas 2012 Channel Partner of the Year Award, was given to Lesman Instrument Company, headquartered in Chicago. Selling multiple Honeywell product lines, such as the SmartLine pressure transmitter and XYR wireless transmitter product lines, Lesman has delivered impressive results for their customers and is committed to their success. They are a cornerstone in creating a local authorized training center, delivering customized face-to-face training to both end-users and system integrators.
Their network with local system integrators also ensures their customers receive a high quality engineered system. Additional awards were given to channel partners by product line: the Field Instruments product line, which includes wired and wireless pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitters; and Process Instruments and Modular Systems, which includes controllers, recorders and control systems. These winners include:
- Field Instruments Latin America Channel Partner of the Year: Fluogas, Argentina, for its excellence in customer service by reducing lead times and expanding its portfolio to better meet customer needs.
- Field Instruments North America Channel Partner of the Year: Lesman Instruments Company.
- Process Instruments/Modular Systems Latin America Channel Partner of the Year.
- Process Instruments/Modular Systems North America Channel Partner of the Year: Industrial Controls Distributors, headquartered in Eatontown, NJ, for creatively solving customer problems with innovative solutions and well-trained experts.
Dominion Industrial S.A. de C.V., Mexico, for bringing training and demonstrations to customer sites and networking with local system integrators to deliver engineered solutions.
