WebVision controller makes it easy to manage small to large buildings systems through a Web browser. All devices on the network can be configured and monitored with WebVision from any location.

April 2, 2009 – Honeywell introduced WebVision, a controller that brings unprecedented ease of use to managing small to large buildings systems through a Web browser. WebVision is designed from the ground up for ease of use and performance. This is the first controller that puts the ability to integrate systems squarely into the hands of contractors, regardless of whether they hold licenses or certifications from the NiagaraAX Framework. More contractors can now bring the benefits of systems integration to their customers—without the headaches of complicated systems, software and programming. Simplicity, key features Configuration and monitoring tools are all combined into this controller, so no programming is required.

Because many tools are bundled into one system, there’s a short learning curve to get up and running. The intuitive graphic user interface gives clear guidance, which is essential whether users manage a single system or a network of multiple systems. WebVision is ideal for applications from single buildings to facilities with multiple locations. All devices on the network can be configured and monitored with WebVision from any location. This helps facility managers and operators boost efficiency and reduce costs by handling more tasks, such as monitoring and troubleshooting, from the office or wherever they have Internet access, instead of needing to travel to multiple job sites.

Another key feature is demand-limit control for energy savings.Honeywell International is a $37 billion diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; automotive products; turbochargers; and specialty materials. Based in Morris Township, N.J., Honeywell's shares are traded on the New York, London and Chicago Stock Exchanges.

Honeywell Environmental & Combustion Control is part of the Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions business group, providing integrated product solutions in heating and heating processes, ventilation, cooling and refrigeration, air filtration, zoning, humidification, air conditioning, water controls and processes, electrical devices and systems, lighting control, buildings controls, switches, sensors and controllers. ECC’s technologies are found in more than 150 million homes, 10 million buildings, and a multitude of manufacturing plants around the world.
