Seven Seas Water serves large industrial and commercial users of water by designing, building and managing desalination, wastewater and ultra-pure water plants.

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., July 20 - Seven Seas Water Corporation has chosen IFS Applications to manage its business and plant infrastructure around the globe. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, Seven Seas is growing rapidly organically as well as by acquisition. The management team is building a world-class water company backed by the global private equity firm Texas Pacific Group, venture firm DFJ Element Venture Partners and Douglas Brown, the former chief executive of water purification and desalination company Ionics Incorporated. AquaVenture Holdings LLC, the Group's parent company, was incorporated in late 2006 and, in January 2007, acquired Seven Seas Water Corporation, a Company that has operated in the USVI since 1997.

"We have completed four acquisitions in 2007," Seven Seas Chief Financial Officer John Curtis said. "We needed a very scalable solution that was well-supported. And we wanted software that focuses on our industry, including finance, enterprise asset management, service management and other functions important to our company. IFS Applications will give us all of these things, and we have confidence in our partners at IFS." "Seven Seas has needs that IFS is uniquely positioned to meet," said Cindy Jaudon, president and CEO of IFS North America.
