September 8, 2011 - igus released Chainflex CF Thermo thermocouple cable for continuous-flexing temperature-sensing applications. It acts as a thermocouple extension link, and is available in types J, K and T for a variety of different industries. CF Thermo features an abrasion-resistant PUR outer jacket and, like all Chainflex continuous-flex cables, has been tested over millions of cycles to ensure optimal performance. It can be used in applications with high mechanical loads and travels up to 164 feet. CF Thermo is flame-retardant, as well as oil and coolant-resistant for the toughest applications.
