ProSoft Technology’s connectivity solutions for Rockwell Automation platforms include a growing line of in-chassis PCs which offer greater functionality, programmability and connectivity. These powerful modules communicate directly across the backplane to a ControlLogix PLC, and offer the flexibility and processing speed of an industrial computer.
General features for all in-rack PCs include:
- Space saving, in-chassis, industrial hardware for ControlLogix
- Can be added to new or existing ControlLogix PLCs without changing the control application
- Communicates with the ControlLogix controller directly through the backplane, using the provided software toolkit.
- Supports communication to multiple ControlLogix controllers.
- Supports both local and remote (via 1756-ENET or -CNET) controllers.
