Ultimate PAH automated label print and apply system can print on a variety of materials and apply labels to flat, angled, and curved surfaces.

November 19, 2008 - An automated label print and apply system that can print on a variety of materials and apply them to flat, angled, and curved surface, including corner wrap is being introduced by Industrial Labeling Systems Corporation of Chelmsford, Massachusetts.The Ultimate PAH Automated Print & Apply System features a rugged all steel chassis and a modular design that can be configured to match customer requirements.

Providing a typical placement tolerance of 0.25mm, it is designed for demanding environments such as high-speed industrial production lines and can dispense via tamp, tamp-blow, roll-on, and corner-wrap technologies.Suitable for fully automated- or stand-alone operation, the Ultimate PAH Automated Print & Apply System can be interfaced with networks and PCs using USB, Ethernet, RS422, RS485, and other popular connections. Applications range from small product- to outer box labeling at 300 dpi or 600 dpi print resolution.

Label sizes range from 0.25” W x 0.157” L to 4.5” W x 9.8” H.Ultimate PAH Automated Print & Apply Systems are priced from $7,500.00 up, depending upon configuration.

Applications assistance and enterprise label-ing software are available for host integration and distributed printing.
