July 5, 2023 - Effective from July 1, 2023 Sebastian Richter will take over management responsibilities as the new CEO of ipoque GmbH–a Rohde & Schwarz company, a global leader in the world of network analytics and deep packet inspection (DPI). He is the successor of current CEO Dirk Czepluch, who has managed the company since 2014. In the past nine years, Dirk Czepluch successfully positioned and strategically developed ipoque. He will assume new responsibilities within the Rohde & Schwarz group. Effective July 1, 2023, Sebastian Richter will hand over his previous tasks at the parent group Rohde & Schwarz, in order to fully concentrate on his new role as CEO.
Prior to joining ipoque, he successfully worked in leading positions at Rohde & Schwarz and Bizerba SE & Co. KG. His comprehensive expertise, years of experience in the area of R&D management for hard- and software, as well as his leadership qualities, will all contribute to ipoque remaining a global leader in the area of network analytics and developing even further. In his new role as CEO, Sebastian Richter will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth-oriented positioning of the company. The retiring CEO, Dirk Czepluch, expressed his thoughts on the change of management: “It was a very exciting task to have lead ipoque for over nine years.
