Research Triangle Park, NC (October 2005) - ISA announced that it has launched its new and improved website. The site is built around ISA's core competencies (standards, certification, education and training, publishing, and conferences and exhibits), and was redesigned based on Member and customer feedback. In response to research results, ISA focused on improving the navigation of the site, reducing complexity, prioritizing content, and enhancing the search capabilities. The design of the site is consistent with the new graphic and communication standards being employed by ISA.

While the market research found that most respondents (89%) located what they needed on the old site and 85% found the site's information to be useful in their daily work, there were a number of suggestions for improvement that were addressed. Reflecting the requests from Members and customers, the new site provides access to technical information resources like technical articles, standards, and InTech, information needed by Members and volunteer leaders of ISA, and the range of ISA products and services. For an in-depth look at the new site, please visit www.isa.org .
