ISA publishes third edition of CSE examination study guide

The third edition features more comprehensive coverage of pertinent subject matter and new calculations, sample problems and tables for improved test preparation.

February 4, 2016 - The International Society of Automation (ISA) announces the third edition release of its Control Systems Engineering (CSE) study guide, which features more comprehensive coverage of pertinent subject matter and new calculations, sample problems and tables for improved test preparation.

The third edition of ISA’s Control Systems Engineering Exam Reference Manual: A Practical Study Guide has been expanded to 677 pages to incorporate the latest content of The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) exam specifications implemented in 2011. The updated release also meets the most recent CSE content objectives, including the need to include more material on Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), industrial networking and chemical processes.
