September 10, 2103 - The Weighing, Labeling and Sortation System from Integrated Systems Design (ISD) automatically weighs, labels and sorts a wide range of package, box and envelope sizes to reduce costs and improve accuracy in warehouse shipping operations. Using the ISD weighing, lableing, and sortation system can reduce labor requirements up to 90%, reclaim wasted floor space for more value added operations and save shipping costs due to manual weighing and route sequencing capabilities. This system is ideal for upgrades, retrofits, and new facility roll outs. The 100% scalable system includes a high accuracy scale, label printer and an integrated conveyor system, plus controls and software.

The system evenly spaces each order for accurate weighing, and the system automatically validates expected and actual weight to eliminate unnecessary postage and shipping costs. Every order is dual scanned to validate the correct shipping destination and carrier, reducing routing errors. The system's high-speed printer can label and manifest up to 60 cartons per minute and be scaled slower or faster to meet high throughput requirements. Orders can be automatically sorted and routed by zone, route, carrier, cut-off time or any other simple user defined and configured preferences and parameters.
