AMZ-HD41-2 and AMZ-3041-2 cameras now meet European ATEX and IECEx standards, as well as UL and Canadian CSA standards for electrical safety.

February 18, 2016 – Industrial Video & Control (IVC), obtained international hazardous area and safety certifications for its line of rugged, compact, IP and analog video cameras. The company’s AMZ-HD41-2 and AMZ-3041-2 cameras now meet European ATEX and IECEx standards, as well as UL and Canadian CSA standards for electrical safety.

Manufactured in the US, AMZ-HD41-2 and AMZ-3041-2 provide reliable process, safety, and security monitoring in a range of industrial environments, at a low price point. Both cameras offer rugged, compact housing options: a weatherproof, cast-aluminum enclosure or a stainless-steel enclosure suitable for corrosive environments. The cameras' small form factor makes them ideal for use in harsh environments where space is at a premium. The AMZ-HD41-2 is an IP, 1080p, high-definition, color video camera with a 3x motorized zoom lens. The AMZ-3041-2 is a high-quality, analog camera with excellent day/night performance.

Both products offer outstanding performance in difficult indoor and outdoor conditions.

“Achieving these certifications demonstrates our commitment to our customers worldwide,” said Bill Richards, Vice President of Operations at IVC. “We’re able to offer a line of very cost-effective, feature-rich video cameras suitable for nearly any type of hazardous or difficult industrial environment.”

The AMZ-HD41-2 and the AMZ-3041-2 work with IVC’s full line of video management software offerings or can be easily integrated with third party process monitoring and security systems.
