The TMC-1000CL, a progressive scan CCD digital color camera from JAI PULNiX, features a 1” CCD imager with 1008H x 1018V pixels resolution at 15 fps. This camera uses a Bayer RGB color filter array (CFA) with on-board color interpolation using real-time proprietary DSP. The TMC-1000CL has 24-bit LVDS digital output via Camera Link, RGB analog output, and a built-in YCrCb 4:4:4 and 4:2:2 converter. The TMC-1000CL has fast asynchronous reset with electronic shutter up to 1/16,000 sec or pulse-width exposure control. The TMC-1000CL also accepts horizontal and vertical drive for synchronization with other cameras and external processes.
A GUI provides serial control of all camera functions. This camera’s progressive scan capabilities, combined with RS-232C control, make it suited for color machine vision inspection, high-resolution surveillance, high-definition graphics, and a variety of inspection applications.The TMC-1000CL is available now.
