June 3, 2019 - JMP Solutions announced that they have acquired Calgary-based Hi-Def Controls, with the intention to enhance their presence in Western Canada while benefitting from additional competencies specifically in the Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater, and Power Systems industry segments.
