The Pixid 700 platform is available today and features optional higher resolution positioning in 5nm linear or 0.2μrad angular, improved capabilities with micro-optic applications, and increased customization and process flexibility. The software framework uses a modern node-based architecture to allow for quick prototyping and a seamless transition into mass production.
